The project supports a 36MW photovoltaic power plant, providing flexible capacity for peak shaving, PV output smoothing, and grid support. By enhancing renewable energy utilization and grid stability, the system plays a key role in improving local power system resilience.

The installation features eight 5.16MWh short-blade stacked battery containers, powered by SVOLT’s self-developed stacked cell technology. The solution combines high safety, high performance, and large-capacity cells (600Ah+), supported by dual-sided liquid cooling and advanced system-level safety design.

Connected at 33kV to a 110/33kV substation, the system operates in coordination with the PV plant and serves as a flexible resource for the regional grid.

This project marks another successful delivery for SVOLT in Europe, demonstrating the company’s strengths in system integration, engineering execution, and grid-scale energy storage solutions.
